How things works with the igumbi hotel software
1 Step. Enter the booking
Inquiries received by telephone or e-mail, are entered as a booking into the hotel software. You add the prices you want to quote to your guest and with the press of a button you send an e-mail confirmation or a quote using the mail templates. Duplicate data entry is eliminated and your guests get a perfectly formatted HTML email with your logo and colors. You use the very flexible multilingual templates with text blocks.
2nd Step. Assign Prices & Products assign
Your room types (except single rooms, double rooms, family rooms or apartments / suites) are combined as a product category. You can create unlimited number of prices. You can also offer promotional packages (specials) that have a minimum stay requirement, or are available only over the weekend or for a midweek period
3rd Step. Allocate the reservation to the rooms in the occupancy plan.
The room assignments as shown on the occupancy plan are evaluated automatically and you can see which rooms are free for the duration of the stay. Of course you can also look directly in the occupancy plan and and select a room. A reservation is only counted as sold when it is allocated in the occupancy plan. This is important for the online calculation of the availability for the online booking tool.

4th Step. Issue invoices
